Except as otherwise specified, the access to the services offered by Onekit Internet is free, although a previous registration may be necessary, for security and data protection reasons or simply due to the characteristics of the service. In the services for which the user must register and a password is provided to him, the user will be the sole responsible of keeping it private.

By the mere fact of using the services offered by Onekit Internet, the user expresses his unreserved acceptance of this general conditions and accepts the restrictions of use of service that may be imposed at some time.

The user agrees not to use the services to carry out activities contrary to laws, public order, and, in general, to use them according to the present general conditions. The user likewise agrees not to use these services with commercial or advertising intentions, except when there is an explicit agreement or or consent, as well as not to use fake identities nor to impersonate the identities of other persons.

Part of the activity of Onekit Internet consists in doing advertisement for other companies, products and services. Onekit Internet will in no case assume any responsibility nor give any warranty or support for that which is advertised; it is understood that the responsibility for everything offered in an announcement, or any type of commercial communication in general, must rest with the announcer.

The following are specifically forbidden: gratuitous insults, incitement to violence or hatred, any action against the rights of minors and infancy, copying and distributing materials protected by intellectual property rights or copyright, sending unsolicited emails (known as SPAM emails) or any type of similar communication, extracting personal data or other types of information or software from our computer systems, and in general any other activity that is contrary to the law, considering that Onekit Internet is subject to Spanish laws. In case a user is found to carry out any such forbidden activities, Onekit Internet is free to take actions such as preventing the access to the offender and canceling his user accounts (including pending payments if there are any), and even, according to the severity of the case, alert competent authorities or carry out legal actions to compensate the damage caused.

Onekit Internet will not be responsible for failures that may happen in communications, including erasure, incomplete transmission or delay in the referral, nor does it commit itself to having the transmission network operating at all times. Nor will it be responsible in case a third party, breaking security measures established by Onekit Internet, accesses messages, places computer viruses or causes any other type of damage to the computer system that may affect its users.

Onekit Internet has adopted a policy of protection for personal data, including the registration of these data in the Agencia de Protección de Datos (Data Protection Agency), but it can not guarantee the absolute invulnerability of its security systems, nor can it guarantee the security or inviolability of such data during its transmission over the network.

Although it puts every effort to this purpose, Onekit Internet can not guarantee the legality, reliability and usefulness of its contents and services, nor its veracity or accuracy.

Onekit Internet doesn’t control nor does it guarantee the absence of computer viruses in services offered by third parties, which might cause changes in your computer system (software and hardware) or in electronic documents and files stored on your computer system.

Onekit Internet offers a considerable amount of links to other web pages as a complement to its offers of information and services. However, it can not be held responsible for information, products or services located at the Internet addresses that are not the direct property of Onekit Internet.

Onekit Internet does not have the means to control the use that users make of the portal, and therefore does not guarantee that they do it according to these general conditions, although it will take the necessary measures in case it discovers such illegitimate activities, including the interruption of services offered to the offender.

Onekit Internet reserves the right to stop offering any of its services; for this, it is enough to communicate this through the medium itself as a notice 15 days in advance. It likewise reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any moment and without advance notice, the look and the conditions of the service, as well as the services and conditions required for its use.

Onekit Internet may, at any moment, modify these general conditions or introduce new conditions of use, including cessation of free services, without a retroactive nature.

The user agrees that personal data provided by him or that will be provided in the future to Onekit Internet can be processed in a personal data file, according to its personal data protection policy.

The user, expressly renouncing his own charter, accepts Spanish law as governing legislation of these conditions and, for any dispute that may arise from it, submits to the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
