We are looking for a wireless billing expert. This is likely to be a 6-12 month contract, and perhaps much longer with a telecom in Halifax. The keys for this role are, wireless, billing, roaming, mediation, camel (and/or taps) and perhaps hspa. Interface Knowledge - Ethernet, E1, T1 Open Interfaces - osa and parley Protocol Knowledge - ss7, mtp1, mpt2, Sigtan, Diameter, tcp/ip, camel cap 1, cap 3 and cap 3, Radius Specific Knowledge - Inter Carrier roaming gsma specs, tap 2x and above specs, nrtrde specifications, map, camel, diameter specs Product Knowledge - amdocs, RedKnee, mind, Comarch, Comverse, Convergys Database - Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, db2 Database Query Language - sql, pl sql unix - Linux as4.x or above and Solaris 10 Server H/W - Blade Servers, Sun-Fire, Sun-Netra, hp dl 380 and 580 Series Servers.
