I am a single mother, with 2 boys ages 5 and 7, who currently live in Guelph, but I work full time in Kitchener near St. Mary's Hospital as a Corporate Law Clerk. I am looking to relocate within a 20 minute commute to work when my lease expires as of April 2012. I am seeking either an apartment/partial house or a townhouse with 2 or 3 bedrooms for myself, kids and 1 cat. I am looking to pay between $800 and maximum $1200 inclusive of utilities and dependent upon the ammenities which are included (ie best value for rent paid).
