I am looking for a place starting Dec. 1st.  I would either like a studio or one bedroom place.  I prefer to be downtown, the school I am attending is vancouver career college so I would like to be fairly close.  the address to the school is 626 West Pender St.  I can afford 500-700 dollars a month.  I am moving from Vancouver island to the mainland strictly for school in December.  I am a very organized and tidy person.  I will be very concentrated on school also so I feel living on my own is the best way to go.
